What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
When it comes to our health we cannot forget the old saying HEALTH IS WEATH and it is so true decades after decades we use this proverb to make understand keeping our health intact and maintaining our health helps us to cultivate productivity and quality of whatever we are doing. Thus energy increases and laziness decreases. But today in the world of work and stress it is a very important thing that we keep in mind and work towards the goal. To maintain a balanced lifestyle –
The most important reason to have a healthy lifestyle is to maintain a balanced lifestyle. Many times it happens we have to attend a family birthday party after office hours. Now it can only be possible if we are healthy and have a good lifestyle as it might be stressful for us. Otherwise everyday irritating nature will be our best friend.
Better Creativity:-
Everyday have time for creativity. Better creativity comes with better exploration and a better style of life. If you are healthy you can think better and in a positive way. In whichever field or department, you work in, you would agree how much it is to have a healthy and creative mind and it acts for the best.
Excercise:-
All knows how much effective it is too excercise each and every day. A strong core muscle system or whole body doesn’t only help you but also everyone around you to have a positive mindset when it comes to excercise. There cannot be any midway while doing exercise either you do it or you do it all.
Eat whatever makes you feel comfortable –
Do you know what you eat daily life is very very important as according to Ayurveda food helps to analyse our what our personality. So having light for, fruits, vegetables and healthy food are essential for daily life. Also there can be exceptional days where we want to devour our favourite junk food or meal.
Being calm –
There can be various situations in life where we loose our calm for others be angry and stressed out, does it help? When we are working whatever it is being focused helps. You can complaint about blunders you have made or distractions or anything which kept you away from work but we cannot give lots of time to these cribbing situations, vent out your anger but remember your goal in life .
These steps will definitely help to attain our long term goal as well as short term goal in a productive way for our entire life.
