These days in the chaotic scenario people loves to blame others . As if the iron headgear is transferred to some other person and hence it’s a sigh of relief.
Here are the ways by which you can stop blaming others if you are already doing so

3. Breath 🫁 spiritualism –
When you are involved in spiritualism as much as you can you understand yourself and your own goal and aspirations and your challenges too. Hence you don’t have time to blame to play with negativity. You have to understand your purpose of this coming to this world and think of that pursue your happiness through that and weave accordingly.
