There are many mysterious temples in India, in which Kodungallur is famous for the Bhagavathy Temple which is known as Kurumbakavu Bhagavati Temple. The temple has a royal outlook that mainly attracts tourists.
There is an idol of God Bhadrakali who is described in mythology as another powerful form of ‘Adi Shakti’. The eight-handed wooden idols are six feet in height. The idols of Veerabhadra and Ganapati are also there in the temple.
