A healthy lifestyle gives rise to tremendous amounts of productivity and we can balance it out in life. The simple way to be healthy is to laugh a lot and laugh at your own mistakes. Laughing is good for the heart and can increase blood flow by 20 percent.

To increase productivity –

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle will increase our productivity in every possible dimension. As increasing productivity helps in the increase of energy levels. If there’s a lot of energy then a lot of work will be managed in fewer hours.

Healthy lifestyle Results in a long life span –

We want to live long and create memories and moments with our close ones but we forget the most essential part and that is to be healthy. Only if we take care of our family and ourselves it becomes easier for us to have a disease and free healthy lifestyle. And eventually, it will be greatly productive for us.

For the time of emergency –

Acting futuristic and knowing what is possible in the future is important. We cannot ignore the thought that nothing will happen in the future which will cease us from continuing the work. Our health, finance, and other things can restrict us from the continuous flow of work. If we are healthy then we can also work in advance for emergencies

To maintain a balanced lifestyle –

The most important reason to have a healthy lifestyle is to maintain a balanced lifestyle. Many times it happens we have to attend a family birthday party after office hours. Now it can only be possible if we are healthy and have a good lifestyle. Otherwise everyday irritating nature will be our best friend.

Better creativity comes with better exploration and a better style of life. If you are healthy you can think better and in a positive way. In whichever field or department, you work in, you would agree how much it is to have a healthy and creative mind and it acts for the best.

Being healthy is a need of the time, especially in the post-COVID scenario. Eating healthy, and practicing healthy habits help for higher productivity and interpersonal growth. Anyone above the age of 30 years should undergo regular screening to identify risk factors like diabetes, high BP, and high cholesterol. These conditions are asymptomatic in the early stages and delay in diagnosis can result in irreversible damage. Anyone with risk factors or over the age of 40 years should undergo cardiac health screening once a year.

  1. Ohh, I forgot to ask something: The Post starts with the line :
    Being healthy is not just our choice but our right. (Yes it maybe there in our fundamental rights, but that I believe is a Right to Health Care). Technicalities aside, my opinion is that here the word ‘duty’ sounds more appropriate.
    Being healthy is not just our choice but our duty also.
    I am sorry, if this is not the proper thing to do, as my grandkids say as ‘not per “netiquette’ but it so happened that I actually read it as ‘duty’ and in next moment realised it is ‘right’
    Couldn’t hold myself just pointing it out. I myself dont have much vocabulary and whatever there is, seems to be fading as I see I need to google for so many commonly used words.
