Reminiscing Our SCHOOL DAYS

There is a school opposite to our house. Every morning it starts around 7:30 am and ends at almost 12:45 pm. The sun shines and the children with big school bags, round water bottles comes to school some smiling, some crying and some waving to their parents hey we will meet again.

One such particular day the sun seemed to shine a bit more brightly, the tree full of all light green colour leaves and little violet flowers looked beautiful. The walls of the house seemed like postepostershe shadow of the giant tree.

While our grandma was walking the morning walk I could see exactly few years back with a bag, water bottle, seperate tiffin bag I used to go to school. Suddenly the play opposite to our house became a big gate with a basketball court just after entering the school. O! I cheered in jovial tone.

All seems to happen so sudden and quick from going to school the first day to giving tons of exams, buying phuchka from the puchka kaku stood for us infront of the school gate. Also the scoldings of teachers or making us understand things.

Life gives you phases now with our parents blessings and teachers care we understan life and work with our specific goals to attain and have a simple dinner every night stress free and happy.

Suddenly I COME back to reality. A REALITY which is no less than my imagination. It has every thing but I have grown and then also with I FIT INTO THAT GROUP OF CHILDREN probably in a different form era or decade.

But we shall wait.

With SUNFLOEWERS in our hand and melted ice creams.

  1. Such a beautiful piece of writing… Keep saying such stories… You have a great ability to explain the incidents even though it might have happened in the past…
