Jhinuk’s story

What positive emotion do you feel most often?

From very childhood we all have been taught the importance of positivity and self confidence. How positivity can help us to learn better and act in each and every situation . But does it always happens? Is it possible to smile and be happy and spread the joy of positivity all the time ? Yes it is indeed possible.

Let us know a story:)

Jhinuk a 26 old married woman used to work in a school online setup where she was supposed to write YouTube scripts in Hindi and English. But her work, and dedication and sticking to deadline helped her to be promoted and manage the team. From handling YouTube scripts to editing to training the new joiners and lot more. She became a dependable part of the company, rather part of the reputed school of Bangalore. Her work was trippling every three months and obviously there was a salary hike followed. From managing company’s work to working as a freelancer in several other projects, also working as a freelancer. She used to manage a lot of the company it sometimes seemed difficult because being married and working as work from home has disadvantages but each and every day she did it.

Time flew and happily and slowly she completed 1 year in the company . But company’s pressure seemed not rising rather people were being asked to send the resignation letter. It was difficult time but she knew her work and skill will not be snatched away.

On 6th October 2023 , she received a mail from the company asking to leave and obviously the general thank you so much for being with us for so long. It seemed for her a bolt from the blue something unexpected completely. She never expected as they were talking her to shift in another department.

She spoke to her senior about the matter and her senior said it’s all done to reduce the cost of the company so they are completely cutting off few departments as according to them those departments are not yielding lucrative income.

Jhinuk felt disappointed she said in her mind butttt but I have worked hard for it. Day and night suddenly loosing the job was not easy. It was really difficult. She had plans not for herself but her entire family to do several investments she broke down. Cried. Cried more.

Do you what’s positive about this story?

It’s her will power and from the very next day she started to search and search and search for her field. She was ready for new job new skill and newest way of handling things. She was ready.

I think positivity is the key to success. It’s the most important thing your thought your confidence your own joy.

We all have hurdles but being consistent and positive is the success.

  1. Nice, motivating. You know, in the end it seems Jhinuk’s still looking for a job. Well, I expected a bit, just a bit, more positive ending…something like, :
While she searched for job in her field of expertise with a positive attitude, she pursued freelancing with more vigour!
    Just my 2 cents…
