An art we all want to MASTER

The art of relaxing is a joy forever. I have heard this quote long back and I knew if you are relaxing in the most beautiful way your work capacity will rise and hence you will be more productive. Relaxing is different for different people. But what is important is to have time to think and feel the solace. In this way I have seen lots of taxi drivers after the morning schedule covers the face with the wet cloth and hence that is relax for him and listening to old music during this is a luxury that he can afford.
Also have seen farmers tying the white gamcha or towel around their body just to feel relaxed. It varies from person to person situation to situation and lots more how a person enjoys relax. For someone it might be daily afternoon nap is the most relaxing moment also for some it might be waiting for a given time or hour and then get to relax for days. Whatever it is the most important fact is being relaxed. Relaxing is very important to generate the productivity the inner positiveness within you. The most important thing here is we dream a lot about relaxing like going far away to a dreamy sea beach holiday or waking up to a luxury whatever it is what’s matter is your sanity is your passion to keep calm and happy and hence relaxed.

I have learnt a lot from our dear pet dog. Its the happy cosy relationship which shows relaxation and positivity at every moment.

  1. Absolutely, your insights on relaxation and its importance for productivity and well-being are spot on. It’s fascinating how different people have their unique ways of finding solace and relaxation, whether it’s a simple ritual like covering the face with a wet cloth, listening to music, or taking a daily afternoon nap. And you’re right, it’s not always about grand vacations; it’s about finding that inner peace and positivity in everyday moments. Also, observing our pets, like dogs, can teach us a lot about being in the present and finding happiness in simple pleasures. 🐶😊
