Madhabilata : A pink colour flower

Every place on this planet is different from other. The trees, the flowers, the houses or no houses at all it’s just so different.. it’s like every place is a result of man vs nature. For example your house might look amazing in the spring season when a certain flower blooms on the territory of the house. Such was ours. In our house once there was a fireball tree which is amazing and so beautiful.. during the spring season the mouth of the branch of the tree used to become red and rest of the tree used to be dark gree the colour of foliage .. something cannot be described in words .. it’s just the beauty which is captured by the eye.

Today let us know a short story on how these plants have the capacity to travel from one place to another with human interference.

Srijita used to go to her paternal grandparents house every puja vacation and it was the most jovial time of the year for her.. the house of her grandparents was in a village with so much cattles and water bodies like – ponds, streams and rivers… Everything seemed calm and everyone knew each other quite well . The schools were government operated and market place was a bit far. But it was not a problem since the way to reach the Market place was from between the forest and mud houses it used to make the experience beautiful..

Srijita was born and brought up in the town so this time of the year was much awaiting.. everyone knew her and wanted to play with her… The foliages gave the village most attractiveness.

Things were going with charm and delight . One day her mother noticed the Madhurilata plant in the garden orchard in the entrance of the grandparents house. The pink colour flower which blooms in bunch not only very beautiful to look at but has an amazing fragrance.. this flower was one of the favourite of her mother…

But it was not present in their house so her mom felt the need if she could bring a branch or a seedling of this particular plant to their home.. on being asked about this with shinning eyes her grandmother has said yes sure you please take it and plant it and you will surely love it…

Almost 11 years have passed,

Srijita’s grandmother is no more. They don’t go to the village any more as Srijita is married now and it is really for her parents to go without her..

Things have changed but Madhabilata is still in their balcony peeping through the window spreading the Fragrance..

It seems the grandparents are still there . Among the branches tress and Madhabilata.

Still there breathing and smiling
