Are you a leader or a follower?
Relationships with meditation have changed over time and today I would like to explain the situation which I currently have with meditation.
When I was a child meditation was an alien term and knowing it was through the visiting of several religious places … The common thing or aspect was all places are immensely calm and composed.
That’s it feeling calm from within is something a child understands by the term meditation..
When I grew a bit more.. understanding the world, studying and analyzing facts most importantly being full of logic …I understood meditation… but someone who made me understand the deeper meaning of meditation is my Grandmother.
My grandmother gave me one tip: sit in front of God, light or anything you prefer for at least five minutes daily. Start with this and eventually you will reach the level of ultimate joy of meditation.
Now you may ask why I am discussing meditation..and when the prompt is something else…
Why because it is appropriately a
Very deep relationship between someone doing meditation or not… a leader and follower even though a very deep and personal choice might vary and change over time… a meditative person is someone who has larger focus and calmness in mind helping to conquer the impossible.
Whereas a non meditative person needs social justification for every ounce of step needed to take..the self clarity might miss and the self doubt might rise.
It doesn’t matter whether you are a leader or a follower, what matters is your calmness, your psychological upliftment and your handling of inner self then only you will be able to enjoy whichever path you choose.

Sayoni, this post is well written. I only want to warn against visiting different places of worship. Sometimes these places can coax you away from serving God and only God. Have you ever read how many times the Israelites strayed away from God because they became too close to people that were worshipping idols.
