In what ways does hard work make you feel fulfilled?
”Productivity is being able to do things that you were never able to do before.”
– Franz Kafka, writer
Your goals are only achieved when you schedule them, provide the hard work required and maintain them with punctuality. It is said if you practice anything for 21 days it becomes a habit it works for everything from
”Schedules Are Meant to help, not hinder. Create Them With your lifestyle In Mind” – Chrissy Halton
So if you are someone who wants to create a powerful and effective routine for higher productivity. Here are your five strategies To Develop A Powerful Productive Day Routine.
Practice practice and practice –
Nothing can replace practicing, practicing is an art, and utilization of this art can take you to the zenith of self-discovery. When you create a productive day routine you fail, now it’s understood we all fail but clinging most efficiently is needed. So practicing the routine is important. Try to stick to the routine and practice the routine to turn it into a habit
Set a time-bound allowance for each activity –
To make something worthwhile and productive, time-bound is essential. Time-bound helps us to be more focused and specific. It helps us to complete many works or rather lots of work in a given respective time frame allowance. Time is important and everything is based on time. Work sharpness is important because it provides us with understanding with powerful self-improvement and understanding.
Write your to-do list the night before –
To do this is very important in today’s world and the best part will be if someone can adjust, make and analyze it just the night before. The to-do list gives us the perspective of our work and helps us to value it in the given time frame. A To-do list also helps us to be responsible and stick to the list. From big world leaders to leaders of the future everyone uses this fantastic technique for their planning of the day.
Cluster similar types of tasks or arrange them similarly according to priority –
Arrange the tasks in such a way that you don’t waste a minute on arranging the next task. Suppose you want to write a blog, an article, or research something for a newsletter. So it will be best if these are done one after the other then it will be easier to handle. Also if you have to call 10 people in a day, try to call all of them at a stretch this will help to manage time and reduce the lethargy effect.
Optimize and keep an eye on all your tasks or wherever you are involved directly or indirectly –
Once in great writing by Sudha Murty, it is said that life is all about priority. When has to look for Infosys and other important work daily, she cannot look at everything so she has a person to look at which saree she needs to wear every day. From this, we learn that we need to prioritize and here InspiredValley will explain, teach and make your practice have control over timing.
So these are the few basic skills or rather tips for an organized persona when it comes to enriching your productive personality. But we need to remember every human being is different and so focussing and way of continuing with the work might be different for different personalities.
Here are five more points not to do when it is Develop A Powerful Productive Day Routine
Steve Jobs once said, “Innovation is saying no to 1,000 things. You have to pick it carefully.” Without focus, your ability to think, problem-solve, and make decisions will suffer.
Don’t talk in a way that seems like beating around the bushes, talk in a straight and understandable way.
Honestly is the best policy, it’s not just for the sake of saying but it is true. As Productivity starts from within, the guilty mind won’t allow it.
Do not compare. Please focus and have clarity in your doing so that you become better and always know you are your competitor.
Don’t take your to-do list lightly or less important. Know you have to complete each task. If you cannot you should have a very genuine reason
Don’t segregate your tasks to someone you don’t trust.
These are the few points that can make you genuinely productive with a purposeful routine. But as we all know patience is the key, be full of patience and it will help you to be Productive.
