The temperature of our place here is moderately sunny during the day and light cold in the dawn and sometimes at night, a very clear sign that the weather is going to change completely..winter season.

Especially after the corona pandemic everyone is in a dilemma of should we embrace the online system of education permanently but whether the online system is correct or the offline system is debatable. But we cannot deny how much important school, the college and the university is important for our overall development in our corporate sector as well.

Discipline

None of us can ignore that we have learnt discipline from our school. Be it school annual sports day or drawing lines in the art class all required discipline without discipline nothing is possible in the professional world also. A disciplined mindset starts to operate from the grassroot level and in school, college and university. Discipline helps us to reach the ultimate zenith of success and it is something we learn in our school.


Team management –

Do you remember your school had house – red , green , blue and yellow and many schools have based on patriot’s name. But that’s not the point the point is these house, club and preparation for several school and university programs taught us to manage a team . Team management is needed everywhere. In a corporate world when a task is allocated to you or your team the team management is required to delegate best results.


Respecting the seniors –

Wherever you go, you will always have seniors to answer to. Even if you open your own startup or business organization you will have a senior person to talk to or report to. Respecting seniors is an integral part of one’s character. In our university we have our teachers , management and principal and what is taught to us is respecting elders. Always remember to respect your elders which you have learnt in school.


Volunteering for events –

In school and yes Universities it was always taught to help others when in need. Not only in need but also we have helped to be involved in something. This involvement helps to learn things faster and be Jack of all trends . Even if we don’t become master of all, it’s important that we know many things and it helps us in the multitasking personality. It is a need of the time.


Meeting our deadlines –

In whichever University you went to or whichever subject you have chosen to know , meeting deadlines during assignment submission is an integral part. When in corporate life we know submission of assignments is a daily affair. Things become a bit more understandable if we know the learnings from our college.


Encouragement of group friendship –

Like-mindedness is an integral part of any professional world. We cannot be friends with the ones in the professional world but the thing of having a group and talking ouheartsrt out cannot be ignored. In universities or colleges, there were many students but all were not our friends. How come.? Because we talk to that those who match our vibe. This groupism is something even if we want to ignore, we cannot, so University teaches us the best way to deal with it.



The concept of professionalism –

The first concept of professionalism comes to us when the professor is absent from the University and we decide to teach. This is the first taste of professionalism we all have to taste. From here, take responsibility and learn from your mistakes to show integrity and ethical behavior. The very first teaching and then learning and relearning have a great influence on life.

The most internal Leadership skill

You can show leadership by using interpersonal skills to coach and develop others in your office, startup, or professional place. Additionally, you can use empathic skills to motivate, organize, prioritize and delegate tasks.

Work should be detail-oriented and to the point –

Work on completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy. Double-check your work to ensure there aren’t any errors. Employers like to see you have high standards for the quality of work you perform. But from where do we learn all these? From our university. University or school makes us future-ready.

Digital technology


Who has taught you Basic computers? Either school or your parents, right? Employers typically provide training on job-specific software, but they expect you to be proficient with basic computer skills and learn new technology tools quickly. And you can crack everything easily if you have attended school and university properly.
