Manage your time and work accordingly to the priority

We all have the given 24 hours and we need to make the best use of this time given frame with proper work and analyzing needs and casualties.


Try to have better and proper sleep –

Sleep and food are both important for a continuous flow of work and creativity. If we don’t have proper sleep we become restless followed by less amount of productivity. If you don’t have the usual normal sleep try these methods

Take a hot steam bath before sleeping


Take a hot bath on your feet for a balanced body temperature
Meditate for 10 to 15 minutes before sleeping
Light a candle in the room and try to sleep
You can use instrumental music to let your nerve calm down

These are the options if you cannot sleep normally. It doesn’t matter how many hours you are sleeping, what matters is the solid, important sleep you are having for how many hours. We all need to check that.


Reconnect and make friends –
