What’s a lesson you’ve learned recently that shifted your perspective?
Being with books for over five years professionally now, it has taught a lot of things, principles, values and shifted perspectives over the time and hours
But today I want to discuss a particular learning that have shifted the dimension a lot .
Read the book Anger by Nayantara Roy which is Published by Aleph Book Company and understood deep about anger
Why do we have anger issues
How can we combat anger and so much more. Here most importantly we get to know the root of the problem
Once we know the root of any issue or anything we tend to find the solution to stop it
Slowly it just vanishes . I know like each and every emotion anger is also too important to have the correct form of emotion and fight accordingly
But anything which causes destruction is a big no!
So my ideas and principle regarding Anger has shifted a lot these days and it is permanent

One response to “And it shifted forever ♾️”
A thoughtful and insightful reflection, Sayoni. I really appreciate how you have gone beyond simply reviewing a book and instead shared how it has transformed your perspective. Recognizing that understanding the root of anger is the first step toward managing it is a profound lesson, and one that can positively influence every aspect of life.
Books have the power to change not only what we know but also how we think and live.
