There is a time. A time to realise the peak of our abilities, the extent to which we can excel or our vision, how big can it stretch within our frame of capabilities.
Those who are in the pursuit of becoming better for the sake of their own passion and satisfaction realise this one day. That there is a lot that goes into turning thought into action that can aptly resonate the closest or completely to what we want or we can even end up with more than what is expected.
It might not be as intense as a sportsman trying to maintain a good health and a healthy mentality, but it is just as important. As I go through my years in the world, I realise just that. I have a certain percentage of passion involved in what I do, there are people working much more and much better but I am trying to make the most of what I possibly can.
I saw all those amazing football players, playing their last World Cups and I thought ‘have I reached my peak?’ because I would certainly reach their age in some years. That’s when I caught a glimpse of understanding, there was a lot and much more to be done, and without worrying about going for it late, it was time to focus on what was remaining on the clock, and it was time to make the most of it.
It is quite simple really, the maintenance of a healthy base system, nothing hard, eat right kind of food, mandatory chalking out of time for fitness activities, keep yourself inspired and full of optimism. Not hard at all, the first few days at least but then the question of consistency steps in, but the question has a very easy answer, ‘just remember the feeling’, that feeling of waking up feeling great about day, letting nothing beat you down, taking on almost everything like the mind was prepared for it and pulling through the day with a physical self that could do more if a day had more time.
