What’s the most spontaneous thing you’ve ever done?
While everyone wakes up to a fresh day with an energetic mind. I wake up to a tired one, convincing myself how it is not really a good idea to interact with the pillow again. So, with a short burst of inspiration I wake up to complete my everyday morning chores and the second call of bed, pillow and sleep arrives right before I begin to work.
Then there are phases of how much I would be able to do. The mind might be feeling tired. The work begins the thoughts arrive, and to accommodate these work-related thoughts I have to create space by pushing out those thoughts of sleep.
I will say mostly I am successful, some days can be quite challenging but with the help of a cup or two of coffee I manage by. The amount of work however can suffer sometimes like with a slow start, but once the engine gets going the train cars follow.
Although many people go through this feeling, and something quite common in nature, I like to call it having a splash of spontaneity because in those first fifteen minutes of convincing mind to not think of the bed and go ahead with hours of work, anything is really possible, like an empty roller coaster car out of control at the peak of the track, it can go anywhere.

What a wonderfully relatable and humorous description of those battles between the mind, the pillow, and the responsibilities of the day! 😄☕ I especially enjoyed the image of the empty roller-coaster car at the peak—those first few minutes after waking can indeed feel completely unpredictable.
